Shipping Information:
We strive to offer the fastest and most convenient shipping available. We ship from multiple warehouses located throughout the US. We ship products from the nearest stocked warehouse and make every effort to estimate shipping costs based on available inventory. If actual shipping costs differ significantly from that provided upon checkout our sales representative will contact you to verify actual charges.

Our preferred shipper is UPS. A small handling charge may be added to orders upon checkout to help defray packaging costs. We are committed to providing you with the best quality service possible. Returns/Exchanges:
Before returning any products, please contact us either through e-mail, or by the phone. In your correspondence please indicate (1) your personal contact information, (2) the items you would like to return/exchange, and (3) the reason you are returning the item.

Most merchandise purchased on-line through On-Site Supply may be returned with its original box, packaging, all manuals and accessories within 30 days from product receipt by you or a party designated by you to receive the product. Returns for promotional package items will only be accepted if all components of the promotional package are returned. Individual package components may be exchanged if defective.

For product that we verify to be defective, we will pay freight in both directions on any such merchandise exchanges and no open box fees will be assessed. There is a 15% restocking fee for the return of non-defective products that are opened or in a non-factory sealed box. For any product received that is not the product ordered, we will exchange the item at no additional cost upon verification. Proof of purchase (e.g. receipt and/or packing slip) is required for all returns.

Buyer is responsible for all shipping and insurance charges for returns, unless otherwise indicated. Buyer is responsible for any uninsured lost or damaged product returned to On-Site Supply. The purchase price (less any applicable open box fees) will be credited to your credit card account upon our acceptance of the merchandise in like new condition in conformity with this policy. Please allow 14 days from when we accept your product for the processing of your credit. Additional charges may be assessed for products returned with any missing parts and/or accessories.
